In March CEMA was asked to conduct an assessment of medical facilities and local healthcare services at a remote site in the DRC with 500+ employees. Over the course of several days our french speaking consultant doctor carried out a thorough assessment and subsequently published a detailed analysis and report, enabling the client to not only be more cost effective but also to enhance the quality of healthcare services for employees across the site and local community.
